The incorporation of Thai culture into the design of the resort was amazing. The way they incorporated Thai elements into the room and garden was great. , the staff was polite and hospitable, which was really helpful for our Christmas stay. the hotel's location was perfect - right near some great tourist attractions and local restaurants.

The "garden access" room offered no privacy which was a letdown. We were also disappointed that the hotel was not fully completed yet.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The incorporation of local art and design was beautiful and added to our experience. The garden and pool area were breathtaking, and the staff was incredibly polite and attentive to our needs. We also appreciated the key location, as it was close to many restaurants and shops that we enjoyed visiting.

Although the hotel was designed to a high standard, some aspects were not up to par. Our room wasn't the one we booked, and we had some issues with privacy.

This hotel truly embodies luxury with its exclusive amenities, incorporating traditional Thai culture into its design and garden. The polite staff provided exceptional service, and the spa and wellness centre was a truly peaceful experience. The infinity pool with a stunning view of the ocean and sun loungers were perfect for relaxation. The restaurant served delicious cuisine, even with special diet menus.

Although this hotel is impeccable, the only minor issue I experienced was the imbalance of the aircon at times, resulting in either overly hot or cold temperatures. Despite this, the privacy of the rooms and private facilities available exceeded expectations.

We loved the incorporation of Thai culture in the resort's design, including in our room and the beautiful gardens. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating during our stay. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

Although being a newly opened hotel, it was already bringing together the Thai culture into its design. The garden was especially pleasant, with designated smoking areas on the establishment like in the public garden. Polite staff was eager to help and talk about the local area.
